当社では、東京都内の小学校PTA・町内会・マンション管理組合・その他各種団体の皆様と古着・古布の集団回収を設立当初より積極的に行っております。また東京都大田区では、区内の特別出張所や庁舎にて古着・古布回収も行っております。
これらの回収により集められた古着は、自社倉庫へ搬入し、圧縮機にてリユース＆リサイクルをしやすいように均一の形に梱包します。
梱包された古着は、フォークリフトを使用してコンテナに積載し、税関への輸出申告及び許可を取得した上で、海外へリサイクルしております。集団回収による回収量は年間数十tonsを計上しており、
皆様のご協力で、古着を可燃ごみから資源へと代えるリサイクルを実現しております。
From the establishment days we continuously act for mass-collection of used clothes together with Tokyo Urban Area’s public school’s PTA, city community and condominium’s management society and many other groups.
Especially we regularly collect used clothes at specified Public branch offices of Ota-ku, Tokyo.
These collected used clothes are carried in our warehouse and pressed into uniform size bales suitable for transportation. They are loaded to the container and sent to the customs after export declaration and permission obtained to be finally recycled abroad.
Thanks to many co-operations our mass-collection’s volume is increasing to tons of clothes yearly. Making us able to recycle used clothes from inflammable garbage to resources.
リサイクルの流れ
1. 集団回収
Mass-collection
各自治体、学校、マンション、その他各種団体の皆様、各区及び市町村と当社の３者の連携にて集団回収を行います。
We collect jointly with city-community, school, condominium’s management staff.
2.自社倉庫へ搬入
Carried into our warehouse
回収された古着はすべて自社倉庫へ搬入し、保管します。
Every collected used clothes are carried into and kept safe at our warehouse.
3.国内・海外リサイクル向け梱包及び出荷
Baled for domestic and overseas recycling
国内及び海外でリサイクルしやすいように均一の大きさに圧縮梱包し、フォークリフトにてトラックやコンテナに積載して出荷します。
Used clothes are pressed and made into uniform size bales suitable for domestic and overseas recycle. They are loaded into containers using folk lift.
4.通関・船積み（輸出申告）
Export Declaration: customs & loading
海外向けリサイクルの場合は、税関へ輸出申告をして輸出の許可を取得した上で、古着のコンテナが船に積載され、海を渡ってリサイクルされていきます。（ＣＹ通関）
In case of overseas recycling, customs declaration and permission are obtained before loading to the container ship.
5.通関・荷下ろし（輸入申告）
Import Declaration: customs & unloading
海外の港へ到着した古着は、日本の輸出申告と同じように現地税関での輸入申告を行い、輸入の許可を取得した上で、古着のコンテナが船から荷下ろしされ工場へ運ばれます。（ＣＹ通関）
Used clothes arrived at the destination port are declared at import customs and permission obtained when needed. They are unloaded from the ship and carried to the local factory.
6.海外工場にて選別
Selected at overseas factory for recycle & reuse
工場ではベルトコンベヤーにて男女・大人・子供のように大まかな選別をします。その後、現地スタッフの手により２００種類以上の品目に選別され体型や気候にあった地域でリユース・リサイクルされていきます。
Used clothes are put on the conveyer belt for rough selection into Men/Women, Adult and Child clothing.
Later they are delicately classified into more than 200 items and recycled according to the size and each region’s suitable climate.
